I am much more mindful about how I am standing, which muscles I am engaging, where my weight is distributed, where I am holding tension, and how I am breathing, and I carry this awareness with me throughout the week. Raye integrates exercises that work on improving balance and neural function. Although they know an incredible amount about the body’s mechanics and physiology, they are able to distill it to the basics for their students. I find their approach very holistic.
